WELCOME TO PRINCE GEORGE :)

Updated: Dec 6, 2019

( A Warm Welcome From Canadians)

As an international student you have chance to explore and create a lot of memories in your life. The best thing of be here is you can experience more and without spending much. I am going to share those three places that are worth visit and will cost you nothing. Moreover, every person can visit there.

( Exploring Ancient Forest)

THE ANCIENT FOREST

You must put in a bit of time to get out to this spot, yet I’ve not even once regretted the time it takes to get over here. Situated about an hour's drive outside of Prince George, this area has some totally stunning sceneries for pictures, or simply some wonderful landscape/nature shots. The enormous trees make a brilliant job diffusing light and giving a really beautiful exposure in the forest, regardless of what sort of day it is. In addition, the ongoing wooden walkway extension has made it magnificently open for almost everyone.
This spot has given me some of my favourite moments and some of my best scenes in my heart. Once again, I know it's an hour away, yet it is 100% worth the drive.

(Glimpse of the Northern Lights )

NORTHERN LIGHTS AT SUMMIT LAKE

That’s true that many people in this world will never get the chance to view the northern lights. But you are in Prince George, take the advantage!!! Prince George is in north-central British Columbia and has its benefits, the more down towards north you go, the better are the chances of seeing the Night's sky painted, once in a year. You can use the norther lights tracking app to know your best day to visit place, pack some of your winter clothes and make your way. You will soon find yourself under the dancing lights, that you have just read in the books.

(Candy Cane Lane View)

WALK DOWN THROUGH CANDY CANE LANE

Every year, the occupants of McKenzie Avenue and Aitken Crescent convert their lanes into Candy Cane Lane. When the sun sets these local people turn on their lights to transform their neighborhood into a mysterious Christmas scene and welcome the general public to walk around and enjoy this beautiful festival.

My favorite things about this places are the peace and positive energy that i get being there.I feel so capable, independent and hopeful walking down these places. So, don't miss your chance. It's high-time, Enjoy your journey!!!
